Questions & Answers

Well System FAQs

Does TMI Home Services drill new wells?

No. TMI Home Services services the well-water system from the existing well pump to the plumbing inside the property. We do not drill new wells. We can help diagnose the water-system problem and determine whether a well-drilling contractor is required.

What types of well pumps do you service?

We service submersible pumps, jet pumps (shallow and deep well), convertible jet pumps, constant-pressure systems, and variable-speed pump systems from all major manufacturers.

Do you replace pressure tanks?

Yes. We inspect, size, and replace pressure tanks including bladder tanks, diaphragm tanks, Well-X-Trol, and Well-Mate tanks. We also handle waterlogged-tank diagnosis and air-charge adjustments.

Can you help with low water pressure?

Absolutely. We diagnose low-pressure issues, correct high pressure, install booster-pump systems, perform constant-pressure conversions, and conduct flow and system-pressure testing.

Do you offer emergency well-pump service?

Yes. If you have no water, a pump running continuously, or any well-system emergency, call us 24/7. We prioritize no-water calls as emergency-priority leads.

Do you service water-treatment equipment?

Yes. We install and service sediment filters, whole-house filtration, iron removal, water softeners, neutralizers, UV treatment systems, and reverse-osmosis drinking-water systems. Only active treatment services are displayed on our site.
